Perhaps you can inspect/check the interior of the vehicle before and after rental also, just a suggestion.
Was not picked up at the airport, but had to pay airport concession fee. In fac t, my office is along the way between the airport and Airport Van Rental, but Airport Van Rental would not pick me ujp. Was promised a 5% discount for the inconvenience, but the discounted rate matched the rate quoted, so the discount did not happen.
Because I asked about the airport concession fee, I was made to wait for customers arriving after I did to be served before I had the contract written up.
Vehicle was in beautiful shape and was perfect for what we needed.
It was extremely busy dropping off on Saturday morning, I would recommend to have more staff, two was not enough.
I really enjoy the price we always get when we rent from you guys.
Not being able to leave a car at the new rental facility location proved to be very inconvenient. That was not a welcomed surprise.

I arrived at the location to find that the van that I had reserved several weeks in advance was not available not my fault. I was eventually offered a full size van instead because that's all that was available my wife who also had a reservation was
also told that her mini van wasn't available. So instead of the two mini vans that we had reserved intentionally we were encouraged to except the full size van with apology for the same price on the two day res. Whosever your agent tried repeatedly
The interior of the van was not thoroughly clean, sticky in several places that we had to point out for the guy to clean them up. We initially rent for 9 days which already being charged for the extra $25 due to over 7 days weekly rental, when we wanted to changed to 10 days instead, the guy at the counter tried to charge us another $25. The website stated that we will get AAA discount when pickup the van, but they did not offer the discount, saying that the daily rental rate already very low.
