The girl who checked us in was slow and showed very little desire to be doing her job. She seemed like she didn't want to be there. The guy who took our return was quick, enthusiastic and charismatic.
Other than that everything else was great!!
Had to wait over 30 min for shuttle pickup, also should have had a minivan available but I was rented a suv instead

The vehicle was pretty trashed with the seats falling apart, tape on one of the seats. No running board to get out of the van. Probably would not rent from this company again unless they offered vehicles in better condition. Also I was scheduled to pick-up my vehicle at 12:00 pm however did not arrive until 1 pm and the vehicle still has not been washed or fueled. The manager was kind enough to give me the wash code, however the car wash was being repaired. Very disappointed.
I will definitely use AVR again!
I had to wait for the van to get cleaned and washed.. I have never had to wait, therefore, I was not to happy.. When I brought the van back, again, I had to wait in line for 15 minutes.
Both customer service guys were very nice, but it seems that the problem is management. A customer should not have to wait that long to get a van and return it...
