Reserved minivan based on personal referral. Arrived to find they didn't have any minvans. Was told by Nancy that "a few renters haven't returned their vans"...and they couldn't tell me when or if we'd get a minivan. As we had people arriving at SFO, I quickly reserved from Hertz instead. Regardless, we were late in picking up our guests. No possible way we'll ever rent from AVR again and will be contact AVR corporate to let them know. Not the way to start a family reunion weekend.

They were very helpful and even dropped us off at the terminal so we didn't have to unload everything twice especially with little kids.
