staff at the lax location are always polite and helpful.
I would a like to have a lesser mileage vehicle. The one I got had 87,000 miles.
Rented a similar van in june and the price was half that what we paid this time. Thats why i was unhappy with the price.

The van we rented exceeded expectations. Very clean, felt brand-new, and perfect for what we needed. We will definitely be retunring for all car/van rentals!
vehicle had 160K. Front end was badly out of alignment and jittered and at 60 MPH or greater.
All other rental agencies allow he spouse automatically to be added without physically being present.
This caused inconvenience to renters.
Pick and drop only to airport,. Should drop at least in a 5 mile radius.
The van does not have coat hangers.
Seats very uncomfortable as they are not catered for long distances. Reclining seats would boost your business.
1st day rental 250 miles ids OK .
For the 2 nd day rental 350 miles will allow you to have more business.

I reserved 15 pas. van. I got it, but it was old and had a hole on the top of the ceiling from where the air was blowing constantly. We couldn't regulate hot or cold because of that. I asked for some compensation and they gave us $10 off per day for it, but I thought it should be more. I still didn't receive it on my credit card 2 days later. I hope I will. Also when I first made a reservation, they gave me the rate for a week, but I changed my plans and rented it just for 6 days.
