Everyone was very pleasant to work with and very accommodating. The van smelled pretty bad but I got over that. I would definitely rent from you all again! I appreciate it the quick ride to the airport as well.
I have rented from AVR on two separate occasions in two separate locations in CA. Both times I received a great, clean vehicle worth every penny I paid in rental fees. The staff has been easy to work with and quick about getting me checked in and out so I could enjoy my vacations.
I've been highly disappointed by your services.
On my arrival I had to spend more than 30% of the initial price for a liability insurance that I could have checked in advance if I had been warned that it was mandatory.
And when I returned the car I've been charged 99$ for a cleaning fee after having spent 2 hours cleaning the car. I've been told that i had to have it done by a professional, but again no one told me this when I picked up the car.

We were told the back seats could be removed from the 15-pax van we rented. Once my client arrived to pick it up, they said the back could not be removed. They also did not inform of a $20 drop-off after hours fee. Kathy and Rose said they would refund the $20 pickup fee as well as take $30 off for the inconvenience, but no one has responded to any emails. Staff was rude, and unhelpful. This was a terrible experience.
