VIA Car Rental Renter Rated Reviews - Page 1

There was no car for us even though they sent an email confirming that there would be one. There was no one in the office to answer the phone or pick us up with the promised shuttle at the airport late at night. We spent a lot of money on Ubers to get us to our hotel, back to the rental agency in the morning, only to have no one be at the desk or answering the phone. Eventually, someone came, after nextdoor agency called agent. How can they send a rental confirmation when there is no car for us?

When I went to pick up the car, I was informed that I would have to pay more for insurance coverage. I was not show anything about the car, or asked if I had any questions. Was told the keys are in it and literally that was it. The car was brand new, however the interior odor was nauseating, I had to put an air freshener in the car to tolerate it.
