I recently rented a car on March 27th and had to dispute a charge afterward. The company said the car smelled like marijuana and the gas tank wasn’t full, but I completely disagree. I refilled the tank to match the level it was when I got it, and any small difference came from driving back to return it. I don’t smoke because of asthma and would never allow smoking around myself. I believe this was a misunderstanding and hope they review and remove the charge.

There were several fees and costs above quoted rate that weren't disclosed until I picked up car. Rate of $141.00 ended up $540. Should have been disclosed up front

I receive quote by email, followed up by telephone. Myself, companion and luggage dropped off by taxi . Immediately bombarded with many extraneous charges, resulting in double the written price quote. Asked to speak with owner-N/A I sent email request to explain charges tacked on: "car rental fee/loss of use/RSP". No response. Return (a Sat. 9:30 AM)-NOBODY there, building under construction, I had a plane to catch. Later my credit card charged additional fees. I will dispute & file with BBB

Horrible experience, waited extra long at the airport for shuttle. Got to the rental place and paid $300 more than what was quoted online. Not the vehicle i reserved. Would not recommend.
