It was great and fast. No hassle and worth the price and location.
I couldn't tell where the agency was. When I found it inside the hotel lobby. I was told that they did not have any cars for me (due to the rain). They were courteous however and reimbursed me for my Uber ride that I took to get there.
I always have a bit of worry when renting from a company other than the big names (Hertz), but this experience was easy and we saved a ton doing it this way. I had zero stress and pick up and drop off was as easy as can be.

The car type was different and the tank on this car was not full but overall satisfied.
