Jennifer is excellent at Customer Service and very knowledgeable. The cars I have rented work well, just lack a bit of power. I will try to rent the larger sized vehicles next time to compare. I have always had a great experience renting from you and will continue to do so.

I've rented from here multiple times over the last several year and all the vehicles are in good condition, the interior is clean and in immaculate condition, no smoking in any of the vehicles which is a plus and overall friendly staff
During the checkout process; sadly there was an accusation of damage on my end—I had to provide photographic evidence from the check in process that I took that confirmed that the damage was present there in the first place. That left a sore taste in my mouth

I have been renting cars from XTRA several times during the past two or three years. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my experience and see no reason not to continue choosing them as my preferred car rental company at Piarco!
picked up the car on 20 August 2023, at 1205am, I was charged 1 extra day, because their system glitched and showed that I picked up the car on 19 Aug 2023 at 1205am. There is evidence on video, via text message communication and my flight details that I arrived in Trinidad on 19 Aug 2023 at 1130pm and picked up the car 35 minutes later at 1205am on 20 Aug 2023. The manager Nicholas and the agent on the night shift are having a very hard time figuring out this simple issue. will not rent again.
