Online reservation doesn’t not show in the system on arrival for pickup. You would have to wait for it to be entered in the system. You are charged unknown fees with no explanation. Promised discounts are not honored. Cannot meet or talk to a manager/supervisor to discuss problems.

This was the worst rental experience ever! Waited 6 hours for agent. Then told they will not honor the rate on the reservation. Had to rent another vehicle at 4 times the quoted price. And the rep was extremely rude. NEVER use this company.

The correspondence agent on vehicle pickup (Dominique) was very courteous and very knowledgeable, answering all questions both immediately and thoroughly.
