Good car; not exactly a newer model; but it was very clean and had no issues with it. The counter service was courteous and very helpful.

Pick up from the airport took longer than expected, they should improve the waiting time. But overall it was a nice rental experience, better than my previous experiences with other companies for sure. Their team was attentive, friendly and very knowledgeable, no hidden fees and we received an upgrade for free to a new car. Thank you!!
Staff was friendly and very responsive to our needs. Pick up from the airport could have been faster, but we still got on time to pick up our vehicle. The main reason to book with them was te price, it was affordable and just on our budget; the service and the car were really good, good value for what we paid

York is one of those companies where every person you encounter is ready to assist you, they are friendly, efficient and professional. They make sure I was taken care of, the process at the counter was easy and prompt, we went to get the car, inspected made sure it was what we asked for -it totally was- and then we were on our way to enjoy our vacations. Thank you, we will continue to rent with them!
