Wait for pick up was long; Better communication about traffic snarls and delays would be helpful.
Got a chip in windshield wasn't our fault and they do a full replacement costing me lots of money instead of a chip repair.
Cons:
- Refusal of Insurance can be a deal breaker and you can become stranded. The relevant info is not quite evident on the web site.
- Distance from Airport may become a deal breaker for some.
We did have to wait for our pick up about 25 minutes, which was longer than expected, but overall, we were very pleased with the service and the vehicle and will definately look rapt Zoom for our future rental needs
