great experience was delivered the car in a flash...
The rental experience was ok. You get for what you pay for. The rentals could of been cleaner on the interior. Some vacuuming and dusting would help.
Pick up from the airport was slow but all else was great! Will definitely rent from Zoom again.
When I rented the car there were a few scratches on the bumper.... I mentioned these scratches to the agent inspecting the car, however was advised by the agent that the scratches were minor and did not need to make a note of... upon returning the car i was charged for the same scratches claiming that i had made the damages... good thing i was insured for full collision under my visa... apparently they have done this to a few folks as per my visa insurance when I opened a claim...

I can fly into Toronto from Vancouver late in the day, take a 10 min. cab ride to the Best Western Toronto Airport Hotel for an overnight stay, get up the next morning, walk across the driveway to Zoom Rent-a-Car at Dixie Rd. and the 401 and drive off to wherever. Zoom's rates are excellent and the car selection reasonable. Bring the car back and there's a gas station right there to fill-up & drop-off the car. Zoom shuttles you back the Airport. I've done this several times, a total no-brainer.
have had good experience in the past. Had to wait for pick up because employee slept in. Fortunate l did not miss an appointment or meeting.
Excellent service and value. Would definitely recommended and use their services again
