Service was great
Amazing rental. Booked a compact but got an upgrade to a brand new hybrid sedan for the same rate. Staff were very efficient and quick to process rental. Very helpful with directions. Super convenient location, next to gas station for fill up and great shuttle service to the airport. Would definitely rent from them again. By far the best rental experience I've had!

They met my expectation as a car rental agency. Overall rating is good.
I am a regular customer. The car was washed, but it was a poor job. The gas tank was half full. I prefer The tank to be full when I pick it up. No biggies.....will rent again for sure.
