I've never had an issue with renting a vehicle from Zoom and highly recommend it to anyone. My suggestion would be to ensure that the gas tank is full on the rental vehicles when a client is picking up the vehicle saving time and the inconvenience of fueling up when picking up the car especially if you are heading to the highway or out of town after flying/ travelling all day. For example, the car I picked up only had 1/4 of a tank. I have no issue with returning the car with a full tank.
A full fuel tank upon vehicle pickup would have been nice. The tank was "3/4 full" which was difficult to duplicate upon vehicle return.
I constantly tell my colleagues about you and love the service you give. Your prices are great and I have not had a problem and will be a loyal client. Keep up the good work.
should have a points collection program. I've rented from zoom several times but no points program for free upgrades or free rental etc.. This was a one day rental but was triple the cost per day compared to a week rental. Also every time I rent the car is only half filled with gas, a simple customer service would be to receive the car full and return full, it's more difficult to determine exactly what level it was at, especially when you keep the paper that it was recorded on.
I have rented from ZOOM several times and have found excellent service. The pick up and drop off service is also very good.
Only issue I found is location which is not well connected to the other part of city by public transit.
Would definitely use again excellent service. A little wait 15 mins for pick up; about 30mins to get car as only one person dealing with the rental agreement.
EXCELLENT RENTAL COMPANY. AND WE DO ALWAYS RENT HERE.
Smooth rental. Negligible wait when picking up and returning at the agency, but wait for the shuttle to and from the airport took 10-15 minutes to arrive.
We have rented a vehicle from Zoom 4 times now, and have always been very satisfied!
