Great agency. Have used them numerous times and never had a problem.
Staff was very helpful
Airport pick up was quite slow. Several families arrived at the same time and the vehicle sent to pick everyone up was not big enough. Upset a lot of people. Aside from that the rental experience was great.
Exceptional customer service. Office person was extremely pleasant and helpful. Shuttle driver was great - even turned around and went back to office as I had left some personal articles in rental car I had just returned.
Definitely will rent again when in Toronto area + will strongly recommend to all my friends.
Weekend rental hours of operation, similar to mid week hours of operation would be great.
Happy to rent from Zoom as it was a great experience except for the CDW insurance which was very steep in my opinion! The Zoom Car Rental team was very courteous, informative and helpful and I would love to rent from them again :)
