Very high prices from what I paid for rental in March 2015. I am paying twice as much now for renting for the same time period.
Shuttle services to airport inadequate during heavy traffic periods.
Returned our car 1 hr 40 min before domestic fiight departure time.
Waited 40 minutes at Zoom office for shuttle to return, so ended up late for our flight. (Shuttle returned to leave for airport when we should have already been checking in? Driver tried her best, but already late.)
When regular shuttle is delayed by such traffic, you need another vehicle to get customers to the airport on a timely basis.
Booking was made 6 weeks in advance, but counter staff couldn't find their copy (fortunately I had mine), and there was a long delay getting our car.
Service was great, they were training so we were patient with the new girl. Was a bit unsatisfied with the 25 - 30 min wait for pick up from the airport. But once we got back to the office everything was great.

Sometimes obtaining a rental car can be a very lengthy process, especially if agents are already looking after other customers however, everyone at this office works efficiently. In my four or five rentals here there have always been enough staff to handle customers in a timely manner, your car is brought out front and examined with you and your off! Not bad! I certainly recommend this Zoom location.
pick up always seems a little too long but the value of the rental offsets most of that inconvenience.
The car and service was great. I was very pleased that on my way back I was dropped off at the departure entrance for air Canada.My only negative thing I can say was I had a long journey to get to the Y train( mostly airport staff for mis-information) through the airport,to Y -train ,transported and go to outside to get to shuttle.it would have made life much easier to be picked up out front at departure doors.
