I only have one concern and that is that on the website - where I found Zoom Car Rental, it gave directions to how to get to the pick up area - which included going on a train. I looked all over for the train and finally asked someone in the airport how to get to this train I was suupposed to go on and they said "there is no longer a train in this airport." I was at a loss to know what to do. I called my wife, she called Zoom and got corret directions. Otherwiese everything was wonderful!

I am in marketing so I understand how hard it can be to obtain and retain a customer. I needed to keep the car beyond the noon return time as a business meeting ran late. I was charged for a whole extra day ($30) even though you had the car back in a reasonable time re-rent the vehicle. I don't think it was fair and left me with a bad first impression. As a satisfied customer might have spent $1000 over the next few years with your company but now I will not be back. Is this worth $30 to Zoom?

We were charged a late pick up fee due to a delay to our flight. Only when we were picked up at the airport we were informed that the car we had requested was not available so we had been DOWNGRADED to a smaller vehicle. There was no compensation offered for the fact that we had to change our plans to return, at a later date, to the rental car location to pick up the car that we had originally requested. The new car we picked up broke down and we were very late for an appointment. Poor service.
