The best...
I was very pleased with the service that I received at Zoom.
With the caveat that the wait at the airport was very long. And then we waited for other passengers and made another pick up. Had I known it would be so cumbersome, I would have left my mother and aunt in an airport hotel and let them get lunch while I went to get the car. We were upgraded to a larger vehicle in acknowledgement of the wait. And the return to my gate was fine.
I had some concerns about mileage with the rental, and the agents tracked down the details and helped to "fix" the problem which was great.

Our shuttle service to the airport never arrived causing us to miss our flight. We had to reschedule our tickets and stay overnight at the airport. They refused to take responsibility.
Our experience using Zoom was a terrible. The staff kept promising us it would be "just another 10 minutes" "just another 10-15 minutes." We waited over 45 minutes and still they told us the driver had yet to pick up two people at two separate terminals. At this point we called for a cab but arrived too late.
Great company! Would definitely rent from them again!
