Customer service after the return is inexistent.....
i rented the car for a week and also i needed to extended for a day.. as the contract states i called 24 hours before and it was no problem... i also asked about drop off and it was stated again with no problem as i live about 6 KM avay and the cotract states to a maximum of 10 KM... at the time of return i was refused drop off... the statement was they do drop off only to the airport..
It's a total rip-off and here are the reasons:
1. I had to wait for more than 15 minutes for the pickup. It was freezing cold and I had to call them twice.
2. When I had a problem with the my card, I was THREATENED to be charged for two days.
3. The employee had no idea how to fill up the form.
4. The GPS had no holder, came with a broken charger and its software was out-of-date.
5. I was surprised with additional optional insurances that weren't in the original price quote.
6. AND MANY MO
I had to wait at the airport for almost an hour until someone picked me up.
then I was greeted with two surprises
1. I had to buy 3rd party insurance at $9/day
2. My "unlimited" kms was limited to 3000 kms.
you should be up-front with the facts. no-one likes surprises.
The service was great! The only problem is the fine print about unlimited km usage. This policy should be changed, because eve local drivers drive over 200 km a day sometimes when renting vehicles. The province of Ontario is one of the largest provinces and it's impossible to even get anywhere without going over the km limit!
Very positive experience - would definitely rent from company again.
GPS equipment was below expectation. Maps needed updating and the GPS asked for updating. It was not possible to mount it to dashboard as that equipment was missing, so I had to hold it or leave in front seat, which was sometimes inconvenient.
Rental car was great.
I found it to be quick and painless...not at all like the other rental agencies

Wasn't located in airport, ads were misleading, didn't get car, still charged.... horrible experience
We were very pleased and plan to rent from Zoom again.
