We always rent with zoom and are very happy with their service
Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Staffs are extremely rude. They refuse to let me use my credit card insurance and refuse to mark down scratches and dents on the car when checking. We called ahead to ask if it was unlimited and they said yes. However, when we got there they said it was stated on the site that it's unlimited up to 3000km. We were confused because even though we know the site says that, that's why we call to reconfirm. They asked if I know how to read? Rude. Do not recommend this company at all.

there were no working gps, even though we thought we rented one. (The website makes you think you can make a reservation, but it doesn’t put your reservation trough. The same with the insurance we thought we choose on the web site.

Never ended up receiving vehicle, because after driving 30 minutes to come pick it up, I found out only at the desk, that I was required to pay the full rental fee, plus $500 (and cash was not accepted). This information was not properly displayed on the website, nor on my confirmation receipt with instructions. As a result my vacation I had planned was ruined, as we had a hotel booked for 2 nights some 350 kms away. Not impressed!!
