I would appreciate more promptness in shuttle service to Pearson Airport at return time. Pick-up when we arrived was no issue, but there was a considerable wait for ride back to airport. This could potentially be problematic. Perhaps Zoom should look at increasing the number of vehicles they use to shuttle. Other than this very slight hiccup, the entire experience was efficient and certainly affordable. I would definitely rent with Zoom again.
