good would consider returning
the best part was everything is upfront and clear- no hidden fees and no boxes automatically ticked which other websites sometimes have.
Staff were unfriendly and need to be trained to improve PR. No issues with the rental vehicle.
The person who checked the vehicle was only looking for scrapes in the paint. When I pointed out a dent on the hood to him he told me that was the way the car was supposed to be. As no one wants to be charged for previous damage they need to pay better attention.

Fast friendly service at an exceptional rate. Even received a better vechicle than booked and the free shuttle yyz was an added bonus
