Nice clean cars. Easy booking online. But daily rates keep fluctuating as if its the stock exchange. Unethical policies with aren't written on the paper such as pet policy (not the law but company enforces it). The CSR's have less technical knowledge about anything and need more training on how to deal properly and professionally with customers. Many hidden pricing on the invoice. Overcharging on the insurance.
