Overall a GREAT experience. Suggest that terms and conditions on website, especially the insurance segment, be made more explicit to prevent any last minute surprises.
The preauthorized hold was the only thing i was pensive about but the staff was able to explain why it was necessary and I won’t need to worry about extra expenses unless something was wrong. Everything was fine and I had a great time
I had a great experience bit the staff that spoke with me on the phone few minutes prior to pick up, was not as courteous.
Staff was great and helpful, but pickup was quite late and caused me to get stuck in rush hour traffic.
I have rented from Zoom on several occasions and will do the same again. Great service and nice people.
The staff were super friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. At the counter I had the same lady check me in and out, one of the most friendly people in the world. On my way back to return the vehicle I was snagged in terrible rush hour traffic and in danger of missing my flight. The shuttle driver had just left for the airport run, but promptly returned to the agency and got me to the airport with time to spare. They went above and beyond to ensure my experience ended happily.
I booked a compact car (yaris/Mazda2), but none were available, so was upgraded to Mazda 3. Which is nice, but I actually prefer smaller (since that is what I drive at home), and have some expectation that the type of car I booked would be available. This has happened twice before in previous rentals, so I guess it is common practice. But not everyone wants the "upgrade". Otherwise, I never have any issues with Zoom. And price/service is right, so I will keep booking.
