Excellent service and price
Terrific Experience overall.
Great rental car company. Very quick, professional, frieny staff. Away from airport with shuttle, which I preferred. Good prices/value for your money.
Helpful team and great prices
Upon arrival, we had to wait only 10 minutes for a shuttle to pick us up. The car was only 9000 km, which is pretty much a brand new car. The android auto-play on the car enabled us to use Google Map to navigate around Downtown Toronto easily. The car was clean and no odors at all, and came with a full tank of gas. The only little thing we were not so satisfied is that the car seat for my son were dirty. We tried to find clean ones out of 4 and you can tell they were not cleaned after use.
The staff at Toronto Airport west YYZ are very friendly and helpful both in the office and in the Shuttle!!
