This folks were amazing. If I go back to Toronto next year will definitely rent from them again. They even picked me up before their agency even opened so I could get my car promptly. Amazing people
We rented a 12 pax van and were initially only offered for a pickup of just the driver...?!? Then, after a long wait for the shuttle, there didn't seem to be enough people to handle the customers in the store.
The car was a nearly new one, clean and maintained. Good quality. For pick up and drop off plan enough time. Last shuttle to the station was 5:45 pm. For drop off: waiting time for the shuttle might be longer than 20min. In a nut shell the car rental station is ok as long as the shuttle service works.
quite a distance from the airport ,. shuttle bus was slow to pick up. But had good experience and would rent there again.
We were not informed that this agency was closed upon our arrival at the airport. As a result, we had difficulty getting a hold of the agency. Upon contacting them, they were very rude and disrespectful, telling us that it was our fault for arriving late. We tried to explain that planes get delayed and something that was out of our control. After being hung up on, we had no choice, but to be charged an additional $60 for this 'out of service' time. This was not right!
Good service overall. Will rent again. As long I don't have to wait too long to be picked up. Lol
