My only concern was that there are very few parking spots available when we returned the car. I was fortunate to find the only spot available.

This company runs a scam forcing you to take 3Rd party liability insurance that is duplicating existing customer coverage. NOBODY else in Toronto does this! Also the location is not close to the airport terminal as advertised. Will not use them again and I am a frequent car renter from YYZ.

This is the second time we have used Zoom and our experience has been very positive. The staff are courteous, the rental cars outstanding, the rental price is affordable and the location is convenient when staying at a hotel is necessary. Thank you. We will definitely using your services again, on our next and following trips to Toronto.
By far the best car rental I've dealt with. Been to LA, Orlando, Las Vegas but this rental company is just amazing. Can't beat the price and the car they gave us was super clean and new only with 9000 kms. The pick up from airport was on time and we got dropped off right at terminal 3 going back home. Just fabulous! Will definitely rent from this place again when we visit TO!
