The most important problem which I faced with when I got the car was Liability.
Other agents have their own liability but zoom does not have.
Girl at the desk was helpful, friendly upgraded my vehicle as a frequent user, took me to the car for its inspection and had me on my way. Check was fast with an immediate ride to the airport. Very helpful. Car was not brand new or shiny clean, which has no bearing for me and is the concept behind very fair rental rates. Rented last summer at a fair rate from Zoom when every other company near the Toronto airport was obscenely greedy with the rates. Convenient to the airport and Hotel.
car smelled from ciggarette smoke and the USB outlet did not work.
I enjoyed the car and the service I was offered.
However I would like to suggest that your shuttle should pick people who have booked the car from the airport to your office where all paper work is done. A lot of people I talked to said it's a hastle taking a train to the station and again waiting for long to be picked up by your shuttle to your office. Just pick people from the airport who have booked with your shuttle.

good service
The car we rented was smooth and comfortable
Always a great experience
Have rented with them many times and I am always pleased with prices, service and cars.
No problems, just great. But there should be a local map - we got lost after we missed "Eastgate" and did 50 kms to reach Oakville! Alan Whike
