This is maybe my 10th rental in the last few years and I have always found the experience above expectations. A couple of minor things ... No snow brush and when you pick up the car after dark you end up doing the pre rental damage inspection in the dark. Easy to miss scratches the previous drivers are responsible for.
All was very good except the pick-up was terrible and the communication around the pick-up was extremely poor. It was 1 hour 45 minutes from my first call at the airport until I was at their station (8 km distance) due to the poorly handled pick-up. They gave me a small discount and car upgrade as compensation which was atleast a welcome gesture. Otherwise professional and the transfer to the airport at the end was very good. I will probably still book with them again as quite good price/value.

I made a reservation for two weeks, and on the last day I booked for another 5 days online, with my same information from before. After I got approved with a confirmation number, they called me and said that they will declined my credit card, and gave me a higher quote verbally. I checked the agreement and there was nothing saying I can't do this. that's why I got a confirmation number. I was forced to cancel my confirmation in a very rude way. and They refused to book another car for me.
Landed in Toronto at 6am they called me before I got my luggage and was ready to pick me up when I walked out. Great service.
