First time renter and will be back.
This is the fourth time I've rented from you - and I'd say the service is getting better and better - so good for you! The 'weakest' part of your service in the past has been the length of time I waited at the Viscount station for pick up. But this time, someone was there within 15 minutes of my call. One suggestion I'd make is to ensure the pick up vehicle is clearly marked with Zoom logo/signage and the driver is wearing something that clearly says Zoom to reassure female clients. Thanks.

The car was not clean, and smells bad. Very poor configuration compared with another companies.
The rate was good, the car was good. I had only one issue.
Car cleaning fees they charged me was 80 Dollars !!! I couldn't believe it.

aside for the long wait for airport pick up ( very heavy traffic ) they are efficient and friendly .
I sure wish they would clean the inside of the windshield more often .
