I will rent from this place every time I come to Toronto. The staff were very accommodating and sincerer and the service was great.
We left glasses in vehicle when phoned was told nothing in it but we came back to check it was their. So we were not happy with that service u need to tell them they should go check if some one left any thing in vehicles rest was ok

Customer service is lacking among some employees. But others make it up for it. I am a local and used to a bit more courteous treatment. Value was great, vehicle was great. Overall I am satisfied with my first time experience with zoom.
