The car rental made the trip much easier in a hectic city.
They were pretty nuts with the insurance - you have to bring in your ICBC insurance and show them that you have proper liability and it carries over. Pretty nuts. I took photos with my phone camera and it seemed to be enough. They check my policy number on the computer.
We came late in night, so first question can not give any commit,but the overall service we received from this location was really out standing. We thanks the ZOOM to make our stay zoomy at new place. Once again thank you very much. The guy at the counter for customer service were good, specially the girl was very very nice and customer service minded. Great guys, keep it up.
Car was ready and waiting. Staff were courteous and efficient. Details of the rental when I booked it were clear. Price was good. Vehicle was clean and ran well. No complaints.

They were great as usual!
The driver who took me to the airport (he said he didn't normally do this job) was texting at the stop light. He also did not drive in a way that made me feel confortable. Jerky/fast. Otherwise, the rental experience was good.
Very satisfied with vehicle (was in good new condition), rate was half of what a car from the airport would have cost me, staff very helpful in answering calls and providing excellent customer service. Pick up was prompt and comfortable from and to airport. Only suggestion is the arrival navigation at Terminal 1 a little confusing as to what direction & what train to get on. Perhaps a map/photos on your website to help customers get from gate to train. I had to call twice & ask UExP train staff.
