If you rent from Zoom Rent-a-car, get ready for insurance claim when you return their car. They have hidden dents in their cars that no ordinary travellers can see them, it was very professionally painted, so no one can notice at first look. CSR are well trained to divert/distract customers from fabricated damage. Be aware this is a scam and this company is fraudulently operated on credit card insurance claims. They are making money from your credit card insurance company. i am victim of fraud

When we returned our car on July 17th, the exit from the highway to your shop near the Pearson Airport was closed and we had to wait 45 mins for your shuttle to get us to the airport. We almost missed our international flight.
Tank was not full. Any other time I have rented it was. It is inconvenient to not start with a full tank.

The pickup was a mix up where the company generously offered to pick up me and my kids from the terminal instead of the regular pickup area but they went to the wrong terminal and it too 45 minutes to figure it out
The shuttle from the airport was a much longer wait then it should have been ei over an hour
Appreciated the quick pickup and drop off at convenient locations @ yvr. Staff were helpful, however a bit slow when I picked up the car. Upgrade was also much appreciated. Would definitely rent from Zoom again.
Overall it was good experience, except for the pick up service. We waited for over 45minutes waiting for pick up which delayed our evening plans.
