News from the Road

There is nothing better than being able to take a long road trip. One of the best types of road trips is one in which a group of friends travel around the United States or Canada following one of their favorite bands. This can be done whenever the band takes a North American Tour. The best mode of transportation for such a trip is a car, so a lot of times it's necessary to rent one.
I have made a vow that I will rent a cheap car and take my girls on a roadtrip. As I've said many times already, we live in Israel and there is so much to do and see here. While the country is tiny (you can drive from north to south in 8 hours!) it is abundant with natural wonders, breathtaking scenery, lively cities, tree laden forests, the desert alive with nomads and camels and everything in between.
Summer is flying by, and we’ll all be wearing sweaters and boots before we know it (except for those lucky few who live in perpetually sunny states). The end of summer is the perfect time to take a road trip that explores many of our country’s finest national parks. Warmer weather means you won’t have to worry about seasonal closures or snow.
Car Rental Express provides car rental information to a large number of popular cities in the USA and the rest of North America. One of our favorite places is the friendly, foggy city of San Francisco. If you’ve been dreaming of a Northern California getaway, read on for the best tips on where to stay, where to eat and what to do while you’re there.
March can be a very strange time weather-wise. With not-quite-spring temperatures, occasional lingering snow and the first glimpses of the season to come in the form of budding flowers and greener scenery, it can be a volatile time to plan a road trip. That being said, it’s also a wonderful time to travel. With many resorts still offering winter prices, enticing car rental deals, current gas prices being more affordable and sunny days starting to become more common, March is actually a great time to take a road trip.
Have you ever traveled alone? Sure, you’ve probably traveled alone for work or taken a quick solo trip for an important event. But have you ever considered taking a vacation by yourself? Believe it or not, solo travel is highly beneficial and recommended to everyone.
Are you hearing the call of the cross-country road trip? It’s something everyone should do at least once in their lives, preferably many times. Of course, if it’s not something you do right after high school or college, real life tends to get in the way. Once you’ve got a full-time job and a family to tend to, taking the time to drive across the nation and back starts to seem far-fetched.
