The rental car was good however the car did not have gas in it and this was a hassle to have to deal with after a long flight....also, I needed to find the best way out of the rental car location to head north to the Gravenhurst/Bracebridge area and the staff did not know how to direct me too well. But the staff was very friendly and obliging otherwise and I would use this agancy again.
