This was a second time we rented from Andy's and were pleasantly surprised with a 10% discount for returning customers. Service is suburb as always, staff is very professional and friendly. We will definitely be coming back and refer our friends.
We have always been satisfied with the cars we rent from Andy s Fox however this time the 8 passenger van needed mechanical repair and new seat coverings sonde they were very worn and dirty despite what appeared to be attempts to clean seats and if not for my husband d driving who has mechanical experience driving the van may have run off the road . We did report it when returning and I have confidence that they will take it off the road . The second van was brand new
The rental was a lot more than a year ago, even with the repeat customer discount. For a midsize, it was pretty small and basic.

Although the cars are older, the price was always worth it, so I didn't care. However, on my last two trips, the prices have been very close to what I would pay at Hertz or Avis. It's getting to the point where it's not a "deal" any longer. I may decide to go with one of the big names next year - even if they're $50 more, I would get a nicer car. Andy's deals just aren't as good as they used to be, which is disappointing.
