Really bad experience, address for pick up not clear, when arriving the person attending was not very friendly. They charge 15$ a day for the sunpass plus whatever you spend!, even if you don't use it is abusive. And each insurance option was very expensive and not clear when making the reservation. Luckily I was with family and I was able to book elsewere (Turo app), it is quite far from the airport so is not a good option for turist. I don't recomend this company to rent a car.
My experience with Florida Premium Rentacar was awful!. In my 30 years of traveling I have never had such a bad experience.
The web site showed a "shuttle" from Miami Airport - that was false! We had to Uber to them. Once we arrived they needed proof of insurance (not stated in email receipt of payment). I cancelled the car and was forced to find a ride to my hotel.
Everything was as we expected.
